Semplici, profumati, delicati, morbidi e colorati, cosa aspettate a provarli? Ecco a voi la ricetta<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">500 g di zucca pulita<br \/>\n200 g di farina di grano duro<br \/>\n40 burro<br \/>\nolio<br \/>\nsalvia<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per prima cosa pulire la zucca e eliminando la buccia. Tagliarla in fette non troppo sottili e cuocerla in forno per circa 30 minuti. La zucca deve perdere l\u2019acqua e diventare morbida in modo da essere schiacciata con una forchetta. Se necessario aggiungere altra farina, ma non troppo. L\u2019impasto rimane pi\u00f9 morbido dei classici gnocchi di patate, non spaventatevi.<br \/>\nIo ho usato una farina di grano duro timilia, biologica. Una farina molto profumata ricavata da un grano duro dalla spiga lunga e sottile che in Sicilia viene chiamato Tumminia.<br \/>\nTagliare l\u2019impasto in piccole porzioni, lavorarlo e tagliare i sminuzzata.<br \/>\nCuocere gli gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, non appena vengono a galla scolarli e ripassarli nella padella con il condimento.<\/h5>\n<p><a
