rucola e scamorza.<br \/>\nChe dire \u00e8 perfetto per il pranzo di ferragosto, al mare o in campagna, ma anche per il pranzo in ufficio.<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Ingredienti per 2 persone<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>220 g di farro<br \/>\n270 g di pomodorini<br \/>\n100 g di scamorza<br \/>\n70 g di rucola<br \/>\nolio<br \/>\nsale<\/h5>\n<h5>Lavare il farro e cuocerlo in abbondante acqua.\u00a0Scolarlo e lasciarlo raffreddare.<br \/>\nNel frattempo lavare i pomodorini e la rucola.<br \/>\nQuando il farro \u00e8 freddo aggiungere i pomodorini tagliati a spicchi.<br \/>\n<a
